Do Work that Matters

As a Customer Service Representative within our contact center you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:

  • Concierge and welcome calls
  • Missed payments and early-intervention collections
  • Simple customer service enquiries

We currently have Casual positions available, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.

Hours and training

To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:

  • Available to work a minimum 12 hours per week, split over 2-3 shifts
  • Available for at least one evening, and one Saturday shift per week
  • Available to work from the Sydney office Eveleigh, NSW – 5-7 Central Ave, once a fortnight.
  • Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability
  • Training will commence in August with all new starters undergoing mandatory training, at 15 hours per week for 4 weeks. Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period.
  • Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career.
