As part of RGF Staffing, ahs hospitality is Australia and New Zealand’s largest provider of outsourced housekeeping management services to the hospitality industry and partners with the most iconic hotel brands.
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and efficient individual to join the Finance team at our Melbourne CBD office.

The Role:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will provide accounting support in all areas including accounts payable, accounts receivable, management reporting and month end duties. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Generating weekly invoices and any associated credit notes
  • Resolving queries and issues by liaising with both internal and external parties
  • Preparing and distributing management reports
  • Processing journal entries
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Processing and coding Accounts Payable
  • Ad hoc finance and administrative duties as required
  • Banking

The right candidate for this role will be an enthusiastic and hands on team player and demonstrate the following:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Use of accounting packages (Great Plains an advantage)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems and the initiative to resolve issues and liaise with management
