With several Favorite sites located across Victoria, this role is based at our Mansfield location which currently employs up to 80 employees.
About the opportunity:
An exciting newly created position exists for a Senior Grower / Farm Manager Supervisor to oversee the day- operational requirements of the Favorite Mansfield, VIC Farm.
Further, as the Senior Grower / Farm Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the development and implementation of the growing strategy that ensures both maximum production levels and high-quality crops.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role will suit a candidate who has acquired extensive growing experience in Glasshouse Hydroponics.
In addition to the requisite growing experience, the role will complement a candidate who possesses well-developed people, performance, schedule, and budgeting abilities, gained from experience gained in an operational leadership role.
