  • Own a customer operational relationship; develop and foster to excellent customer satisfaction
  • Manage expense/cost target commitments for all service delivery requirements while implementing and monitoring expense control
  • Be the contact for operational and tactical issues representing delivery of all functions to the customer while managing expectations and developing performance metrics
  • Lead and contribute to the account service delivery plan, including 3rd party vendors, and will ensure performance goals are met for all in scope services across all towers
  • Identify incremental revenue opportunities

If you are…

  • Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen. You are aligned to our core values!
  • Master at pipeline generation and moving deals thru progression
  • Experienced in IT sales for 5+ years in Networking and/or Security. Cloud Security and/or SD-WAN background is a plus.
  • Experienced managing Government, Education & Commercial and Enterprise accounts.
  • Holding a First Level University Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Able to effectively and proactively manage risk for medium to high risk projects
  • Able to build and manage strong customer relationships and apply business management and financial concepts to analyze business needs
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation
