Personal Assistant

As a Barclays Personal Assistant for People Analytics & Culture, you will be responsible for provid-ing professional secretarial and administrative, assisting four HR Directors within People Analytics & Culture. In this key role, you will deal with a range of people and situations that require appropriate diplomacy, prioritization, and judgement. You will also be exposed to high confidential information of those you are assisting, which requires a reliable person with a proactive approach, to under-stand the various needs.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing multiple complex diaries, short notice, and last-minute requests, across multiple stakeholders
  • Managing proactively key meetings, papers, review slots, and travel plans
  • Raising and tracking PO’s where required, as well as managing booking, and tracking all travel and expenses on behalf of all directors
  • Supporting with onboarding of new joiners as required
  • Providing holiday and sickness cover to other PAs within the team
  • Thinking proactively to identify diary challenges in advance to resolve in a timely manner
  • Working with high integrity, trustworthy, working with a highly confidential information
What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant and supporting senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel and comfortable using online tools
  • Experience maintaining calendars/schedules, inbox management, managing expenses and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Excellent people skills, good communication skills and able to work well within a team
