About the role We are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to run the breakfast operation 5 days per week. We are looking for a leader who will be the face of breakfast and have a key focus on customer service. You will be a critical part of the F&B; leadership team with a great amount of opportunity for development and career opportunities.
What will I be doing?

  • Opening and closing the venue for the breakfast shift
  • Completing all charges efficiently and effectively
  • Ensuring all guests have an amazing experience by actively engaging with them during their dining experience
  • Setting the restaurant for dinner service
  • Managing the team while on shift
  • Assisting with meeting and events, room service and lunch service

What are we looking for?

  • Friendly, positive, energetic morning person to put a smile on all our guests faces!
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
  • Demonstrated experience within a bar, restaurant or catering operation.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure.
  • Well-presented and have calm demeanor.
  • Must have a valid Victorian ‘Responsible Service of Alcohol’ certificate
  • Ability to work around a 7 day week roster including weekends and public holidays
