The purpose of this role is to be interested in the full spectrum of design with a growing knowledge of where aesthetic look-and-feel overlaps with behavioral user experience. They are a key member of the creative department to realize the creative output and creative product.

As a designer you’ll have 1-2 years agency experience. A desire to develop your existing skill sets by working with more senior designers and creative teams across a range of UK and global accounts, from the food to finance sectors. You’ll be responsible for helping to drive the design direction of content-led campaigns, have a love of typography, layout, animation and art direction. As part of the Content design studio you’ll want to help the team produce the best work possible.

Communication is a massive part of the job, as a designer you must feel confident enough to contribute to the entire design/creative process. Keeping a finger on the pulse of current design and creative trends is also key when moving towards promotion and recognition.


  • Showcasing your digital design & animation skills, designing a range of marketing assets across paid & organic social, email and web
  • Supporting the Creative Lead and Digital Art Director across all stages of projects, from conception to final art working
  • Delivering quality design work in a fast-paced environment and taking an active role in ensuring deadlines are met
  • Designing assets in Figma and exploring styles of graphic animation in After Effects • Retouching and coming imagery in Photoshop
  • Showing an awareness of emerging design and social trends
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to assist in the voice of the brand being effectively communicated
  • Participating in creative ideation sessions with the team and presenting ideas


  • A keen interest and eye for all things design
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Desire to achieve and succeed
  • The ability to hit deadlines in a high pressure fast turn-around environment
  • A background of working as part of an agency design team
  • The ability to see projects through from inception to production
  • Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team
  • The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
  • The willingness to listen and to take onboard feedback and learn
  • Presentation graphics (PowerPoint/Keynote) and advantage, though not essential


  • Confident using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and some experience of Sketch
  • Previous Graphic Design experience (minimum 1 year) within a professional environment
  • A portfolio showcasing digital designs for brands either in-house or agency
  • Digital design experience, particularly within social & animation/motion graphics
  • Detail oriented with strong typography & layout skills
  • Ability to follow and implement brand guidelines
  • Able to thrive working in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexible and able to react quickly to changing demands of the business
  • Self-motivated and happy to work as part of a team as well as individually
  • A willingness to learn and share knowledge & ideas
